Limit orders refer to trades that are not immediately executed and are registered to wait for a trade.

 

Market orders refer to trades that are immediately executed.

 

If the current lowest selling price is $500 and the highest buying price is $496, if I buy at $496, it becomes a market order, and if I register to buy at $499~$497, it becomes a limit order.

 

If all registered quantities are sold out, the market order becomes variable.

Some prior knowledge is necessary for gift trading. Make sure to understand the following concepts:

 

■ What is a Futures Contract?

1. Futures contracts specify whether a particular product/asset will rise (long) or fall (short) at a specified price. This specified price is called the contract.

 

2. Once the contract is executed, profits are determined by the increase or decrease in the price of the product/asset thereafter.

 

- For example, let's say there is a ElfGgong product that costs 100 KRW.

- After analyzing the chart, you believe it will go up to 101 KRW, so you place a long order.

- Once it reaches 101 KRW, the order is contracted, and profits or losses occur.

- If it reaches 110 KRW later, and you close the position and terminate the contract (take profit), you will earn a total profit of 9 KRW.

- If it drops to 95 KRW later, and you close the position and terminate the contract (stop loss), you will incur a total loss of 6 KRW.

 

3. Unlike spot trading, the current price is not important in futures trading. What matters is how much it goes up or down from the specified price.
